Before Racing Louisville: Kalitta played 78 career games at Michigan, starting 63 times — including each of the final 60 games of her career. The Saline, Michigan native scored one career goal and registered three assists during her time in maize and blue. Kalitta was named All-Big Ten third team in 2023 and the All-Big Ten freshman team in 2021.

Before Racing Louisville: O’Kane spent three seasons at Utah, starting every game in which she appeared — 54 in total — while scoring 16 goals and tallying six assists. She led the Utes in goal contributions in 2023 and ranked second in 2024. O’Kane registered two hat tricks during her time in Salt Lake City.

Prior to joining the Utes program, O’Kane two seasons in her hometown at the University of Washington. She appeared in 29 games for the Huskies with two starts, scoring two goals. She was a member of Washington’s 2020 NCAA Tournament team that advanced to the third round, starting in the Huskies’ first round victory over Liberty.

In addition to her collegiate experience, O’Kane played in the pre-professional USL W League with Oakland Soul in 2024. She helped the team to a second-place finish in the NorCal Division.

2024: After shifting to a defensive midfield role with her new club, Flint proved to be one of the top defensive presences in the NWSL, making 24 appearances, all starts, while scoring three times and logging one assist. The Las Vegas native led the league in aerial duels won and win percentage, interceptions and tackles won while also ranking third in blocks. Flint also ranked in the top 10 in passes into the final third and progressive passes. She was named to the NWSL Team of the Month for March/April. 

Before Racing Louisville: Flint (née Kornieck) joins Racing after two successful seasons in San Diego, where she totaled six goals and four assists in 45 appearances between the NWSL regular season and UKG NWSL Challenge Cup. She played a key role in the Wave becoming the first expansion team in league history to make the playoffs in its debut campaign in 2022, and a year later she helped San Diego win the NWSL Shield, given to the first-place team through the regular season.

A three-year NWSL veteran, Flint was the No. 3 pick in the 2020 NWSL Draft, the highest draft selection in Orlando Pride history. The University of Colorado legend is the program’s all-time leader in career assists and points while sitting second in career goals. She was an All-American, four-time all-Pac-12 selection and Pac-12 Freshman of the Year, helping CU to three NCAA Tournament second-round appearances.

She spent the COVID-19-interrupted season on loan with MSV Duisburg in Germany before returning to debut for Orlando in 2021, tallying three goals and three assists in 26 appearances across all competitions.

Flint scored her first NWSL goal in her debut – the April 10, 2021, NWSL Challenge Cup match against Racing at Lynn Family Stadium that was the first game in Louisville club history.

International: A versatile midfielder, Flint has two goals in 12 appearances for the U.S. Women’s National Team, with gold medals from the 2022 Concacaf W Championsip and the 2023 SheBelieves Cup.

2024: DiGrande made 23 appearances, 20 of them starts, in her first season with Racing Louisville. The club’s first free agent signing scored her first goal for the club in an August 24 win over the Chicago Red Stars. DiGrande also tallied two assists. 

Before Racing Louisville FC: Viggiano first broke into the league with the Orlando Pride. A fourth-round pick, she played in 40 games and scored twice. While playing her club soccer in Orlando, Viggiano was part of the United States under-23 squad that won the 2019 Nordic Tournament, claiming the trophy.

Over her five years in the NWSL, Viggiano has four goals and two assists in 80 appearances and 5,372 total minutes. She has started 14 or more games each season, including 14 this past season in Houston.

In 2022, Viggiano totaled two goals and two assists in 18 starts while helping Houston reach the NWSL playoffs for the first time in club history.

2024: Pokorny made 12 appearances for Racing as a key player off the bench, registering two shots.

2023: After originally joining Racing as a National Team Replacement Player, Pokorny made one start in 11 appearances for the lavender and mint in 2023. Her first NWSL assist came against Angel City on August 19, salvaging a 1-1 draw at home. 

Before Racing Louisville: The 26-year-old central midfielder helped HB Køge win three league titles in the Danmarksturneringens Kvindeliga, the Danish Women’s League, and qualify for the UEFA Women’s Champions League. She scored HB Køge’s first-ever goal in the Champions League against Arsenal.  St. Louis area native who starred in college at Saint Louis University, Pokorny scored 31 goals in 90 appearances across all competitions with HB Køge. 

2024: Baggett made three appearances, including one start, in her second season with Racing. 

2023: After joining Racing via trade with the Washington Spirit in April, Baggett started seven matches and made 16 total appearances across all competitions. She notched two goals and an assist for Louisville, including the opener in a 2-0 win over Chicago Red Stars. 

Before Racing Louisville: Baggett, the No. 3 overall pick in the 2019 NWSL Draft, spent her first four years in the league with Washington, making 35 appearances. The Colorado native has five goals in 26 career starts and registered her first career assist in Washington’s 1-1 draw at Racing Louisville last August.

The 26-year-old won the NWSL championship with Washington in 2021, limited to three matches that season because of injury.

Baggett played in two matches in 2023 for Washington before being traded to Louisville.

2024: Fischer made 24 appearances, including four starts for Racing in her second season as a pro. She scored her first NWSL regular season goal in the club’s Aug. 24 home win over the Chicago Red Stars and also tallied an assist. The Ohio native was named to August’s NWSL Team of the Month. 

2023: Made nine starts in 16 total appearances in her first year in the NWSL after being selected in the second round of the 2023 NWSL Draft. Fischer scored her first professional goal against the Houston Dash on June 14 in a 3-0 UKG NWSL Challenge Cup victory, and she notched her first professional assist on Paige Monaghan’s game-winner on July 7 against Kansas City Current.

Before Racing Louisville: Racing’s first pick in the 2023 NWSL Draft, Fischer left her mark at Ohio State, tallying 28 goals and 20 assists in five seasons with the Buckeyes. She was a two-time All-Big Ten selection and a 2018 Big Ten All-Freshman honoree. She helped Ohio State reach four NCAA Tournaments.
