Forward Emma Sears will return to the Racing Louisville FC starting lineup as the club heads to PayPal Park to face Bay FC at 7 p.m. ET Sunday for its only road game of the month.

Sears, the club’s joint top goal scorer (7) this season, came off the bench to play 25 minutes in last week’s 2-1 home defeat versus Gotham FC. The U.S. Women’s National Team attacker has recorded 12 goal contributions this year, matching her 2025 total (seven goals, five assists) across 23 appearances, 20 of which have been starts. She will come in as Louisville’s only change for rookie Maja Lardner, who made her third professional start up front against Gotham.
Consistency is the theme throughout the rest of the lineup for head coach Bev Yanez.
Sears will join back up with fellow Ohio State University product Kayla Fischer in the frontline. Fischer scored Racing’s lone goal in the loss versus Gotham to bring her tally to a career high of seven this year. Together, the duo has scored or assisted on roughly 40% of the club’s goals this season. Fischer led Racing in shots (4) and duels won (8) last time out.
For the 24th time this campaign, Jordyn Bloomer starts between the sticks for Racing. She made four saves in the previous meeting versus Bay back on July 10 at Lynn Family Stadium.
In front of Bloomer, captain Arin Wright anchors the central defense alongside Ellie Jean and Courtney Petersen, while Ella Hase and Quincy McMahon provide width as the wingbacks. Hase has notably scored the team’s only goal versus Bay all-time — the winner on Nov. 2, 2025 that sealed the club’s place in the playoffs for the first time.
After earning her first start in over a month last week, Sarah Weber keeps her place in the midfield with club original Lauren Milliet and Katie O’Kane. Milliet, making her team-leading 25th start of 2026 Sunday, created more chances than any Racing player versus Gotham (4).
Fresh off representing the United States at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, Audrey McKeen returns to the Racing team sheet, starting on the bench Sunday. McKeen last appeared for Louisville on Aug. 28 at San Diego Wave FC and started in three out of her last five appearances before departing for Poland. She made two appearances, including a start for the United States at the World Cup.
Her fellow rookie forward Lardner is also among the list of available substitutes, in addition to Macey Hodge, who is back after serving a one-game suspension last week for yellow card accumulation.
