Cristina Roque, Allie George and Avery Kalitta are set to make their Racing Louisville FC debuts in an in-state friendly with Lexington SC at 6 p.m. Sunday.
For George and Kalitta, the game will also mark their professional debuts.
Roque joined Racing last month in a trade with the Utah Royals. She’s made one career NWSL regular season appearance in her career, for Utah against Louisville last season.
George is a local product. The Louisvillian attended Sacred Heart High School and played collegiately for the Virginia Tech Hokies. She also played in the summer for Racing’s USL W League team, a pre-professional squad, becoming the first player to sign with the senior team from the W League side.
Kalitta earned her way on to the Racing Louisville roster, coming to Racing initially as participant in the club’s Pro Day. She signed a contract for the 2025 season in May. The former Michigan Wolverine will turn 22 on Tuesday.
The rest of the Racing Louisville lineup features several regulars including Lauren Milliet, Arin Wright, Courtney Petersen and Savannah DeMelo.
Wright has been a focal point of the matchup. A native of Wilmore, Kentucky, Wright grew up just a few miles outside of Lexington. In college, Wright played for Lexington’s Kentucky Wildcats, and has since been inducted in the UK Athletics Hall of Fame.
Rookies Katie O’Kane and Ella Hase will start the exhibition. The pair have 12 starts this season between them.
Nigerian international Uchenna Kanu will start for the first time since August 2024, while Kayla Fischer will start for her first action since May 24.
Nine players make up the Racing Louisville bench. Of note is Charlee Siria, a youth player joining Racing for the friendly as a non-roster amateur. From Lexington, Siria plays for the Ohio Elite Soccer Academy at the club level and is committed to play in college for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
