Before Racing
White joins from the West Virginia Mountaineers, where she led the team with 10 goals and 10 assists last season, the fourth-most in a single-season in program history. Her goal tally included four game-winning goals.
In all, she scored 26 goals and tallied 17 assists over a span of 80 appearances in a four-year collegiate career in Morgantown.
White was named a third-team All-American by the United Soccer Coaches in 2025. The organization also named her to the All-Midwest Region Team, and she earned All-Big 12 First Team honors as well.
As a junior in 2024, White earned All-Big 12 Second Team honors after finishing the season tied for the team-lead with seven goals.
The Mountaineers made the NCAA Tournament in three of White’s four seasons.
A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, White played for Winton Woods High School and Cincinnati United at the club level. She was also a high school basketball player for Winton Woods.
She comes from a family with a soccer and sports background. Her older sister, Morgan, plays soccer professionally in France for Stade de Reims after finishing a collegiate career at Arkansas and Marshall. Her older brother, Michael, played soccer at the collegiate level.
Her father, Anthony, was a wide receiver for the Morehead State University football team. Her mother, Nancy, was a college basketball player at Chattanooga.

Career Summary
Before Racing
McKeen comes from the Virginia Development Academy (VDA), a youth club that competes in the Elite Club National League (ECNL).
A top-rated prospect, TopDrawerSoccer.com ranked McKeen as the No. 5 recruit in the Class of 2026, after she reclassified from 2027.
With VDA, her club team, McKeen was twice named a Youth All-American by the United Soccer Coaches. She was also a 2024-25 ECNL U-17 All-American and named to the ECNL All-Mid Atlantic First Team in the U-17 division.
She helped the VDA U-17 ECNL girls team reach the semifinals of the ECNL National Championships this past summer, and the club earned a top-15 national ranking.
At the scholastic level, McKeen competed for Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington County, Va. As a sophomore in the fall 2024 season, McKeen scored a school-record 37 goals and added nine assists. Her team finished as the runners-up in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC) and won the Northern Virginia Independent Schools title.
McKeen won the WCAC Player of the Year award The Washington Post named her First Team All-Met in 2024. She was Second Team All-Met as a freshman in 2023.
As the result of her high school and club success, McKeen earned the 2024-2025 Virginia Gatorade Player of the Year award for girls soccer.
A multi-sport athlete, McKeen also ran track at Bishop O’Connell. In April, she competed with the school’s 4×100 relay team at the Penn Relays, a prestigious track and field competition that is the oldest and largest in the U.S., held at annually at the University of Pennsylvania.
International
McKeen has gained regular experience with the United States Youth National Team setup, including in March when she scored twice and registered an assist in an 8-0 win over Sweden with the U-18 squad.
In December 2025, she participated in a combined U.S. Under-19 and Under-18 Women’s National Team camp in Florida.
In October 2025, McKeen travelled to Portugal where she led the combined U.S. U-19 and U-18 group to a 1-0 win over the Republic of Ireland, scoring the 78th minute winner. Three days later, she scored twice in a 3-3 draw with Portugal. It was her first camp at the U-19 level.
In March, McKeen also joined the United States U-17 Women’s National Team for a pair of World Cup qualifiers. Her first USYNT call-up came in January, also with the U-17 team.

Career Summary
Before Racing
In three seasons in Orlando from 2017 to 2019, Hill made 59 regular season appearances, scoring 11 goals and registering three assists. Hill appeared in the NWSL Playoffs as a rookie in 2017, playing 18 minutes off the bench in a semifinal loss to Portland.
During her time with the Pride, Hill spent two off-seasons on loan in Australia with W-League club Perth Glory FC in 2017-18 and 2018-19.
In 2020, the Chicago Red Stars acquired Hill in a draft-day trade. She played with Chicago in the 2020 Challenge Cup, then moved on loan to Sweden’s Linköping FC in August. She scored twice in eight appearances for the first-division club.
Hill returned stateside in 2021 and spent two seasons in the Windy City, scoring four goals in 43 regular season appearances including 30 starts. Hill started all three of Chicago’s playoff games in 2021, and scored the Red Stars’ lone goal in the NWSL Championship, held at Louisville’s Lynn Family Stadium. She made one additional playoff appearance with Chicago in 2022.
Hill signed with the San Diego Wave as a free agent in 2023, where she helped the club to the NWSL Shield with a first-place finish in the regular season. She made 15 starts in 17 regular season appearances and again saw action in the NWSL Playoffs, starting the club’s semifinal loss.
Bay FC selected Hill with the fifth overall pick in the 2024 NWSL Expansion Draft. She made 41 appearances for Bay, including 16 starts, and gained more postseason experience, starting the club’s inaugural NWSL Playoff game, a 2-1 loss that ended the club’s 2025 expansion campaign.
In college with the UConn Huskies, Hill was two-time semifinalist for the Hermann Trophy, college soccer’s most prestigious award. She was a two-time All-American, earning first-team honors in 2015 and a second-team distinction in 2016 from the NSCAA, now known as the United Soccer Coaches. She finished second all-time on the UConn scoring list, with 61 goals in 89 appearances.
International
Hill represented the United States as a youth international, at both the U-20 and U-23 levels. She played in the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in 2014, appearing in a victory over Brazil. She played a significant part in qualifying for that tournament, appearing in five games with one goal and a team-high five assists during the CONCACAF Women’s U-20 Championship.

In her rookie season, Ella Hase made 23 appearances, including 17 starts. The winger scored her first professional goal on November 1 against Bay FC to help Racing clinch its first playoff berth. Hase also provided the game-winning assist to Emma Sears in Racing’s 1-0 victory at San Diego on August 24.
Before Racing
Hase spent the first four years of her college career at Northwestern University – the alma mater of new Louisville teammate Marisa DiGrande – and led the Wildcats to the Sweet 16 in 2022. She was named to the All-Big Ten second team after the 2023 season.
A left-footed outside back, Hase finished second in Division I soccer in her final collegiate season with 13 assists, helping the Blue Devils win the fiercely competitive Atlantic Coast Conference and reach the 2024 College Cup. She was named to the NCAA College Cup All-Tournament team and the All-ACC second team.
In all, Hase totaled 93 collegiate appearances, starting 88 of them and delivering 17 goals and 23 assists. Her 13 assists in 2024 rank third among Duke’s single-season records, and her four assists in the NCAA Tournament were the second-most in Duke history.

Sears continued building on her breakout rookie season by scoring a club-record 10 goals in the regular season and providing two assists, finishing as the league’s highest-scoring American and fourth in the NWSL’s golden boot race. The USWNT international was named to the NWSL’s Best XI of the Month during October/November. She is the only player to appear and start in all 26 NWSL matches.
2024
After being selected in the second round of the NWSL Draft, Emma Sears made 26 appearances, including 12 starts, in a standout rookie campaign. She scored her first goal in an April 20 win over the Utah Royals and later set the club record for goals scored by a rookie with five. Sears twice earned NWSL goal of the week honors. She ranked in the league’s top 10 in dribbles into the penalty area, progressive dribbles and successful take-ons, proving herself as one of the top playmakers in the NWSL.
Before Racing
The Ohio native came to Louisville from Ohio State as the 28th overall pick in the 2024 NWSL Draft. She starred for five seasons at OSU, totaling 25 goals and 15 assists in 83 appearances. She ranks 12th in Ohio State program history in career goals, 11th in career points (65) and 10th in career shot attempts (213), and she left college as one of only four players in program history to register multiple hat tricks.
With the Buckeyes, Sears earned All-Big Ten honors in three different seasons, including first-team recognition in 2023. She helped lead Ohio State to four NCAA Tournament berths, including a second-round appearance in 2022, when she scored the game-winner in an opening-round win over Bucknell.
International
Through March 2026, the Racing Louisville forward has earned 17 caps for the United States Women’s National Team, including six goals and three assists. In October 2025, Sears scored her first international hat trick against New Zealand.
After earning her first call-up during the October 2024 window, Sears became the fourth player in USWNT history to score a goal and tally an assist in their international debut, helping the Americans rally to defeat Iceland in an October 27 friendly.
