With momentum on its side, Racing Louisville FC will feature the same starting XI from last week’s road win as it hosts NWSL expansion side Boston Legacy FC at Lynn Family Stadium Saturday evening.

Racing, winners of two straight and three of its last four games, bested the Orlando Pride, 3-1, last Friday for its first-ever regular season road victory versus Orlando. Louisville head coach Bev Yanez opts to keep the continuity, naming the same starting group Saturday from that emphatic result in Florida.
Emma Sears, who bagged her second career brace last week, partners with fellow Ohio State University product Kayla Fischer in the Racing frontline. The duo has been crucial for Louisville up front recently, combining for three of the club’s last five goals. Significantly, Fischer is slated to make her 50th career NWSL start Saturday.
Rookie Audrey McKeen keeps her place in the Racing midfield after converting her first professional goal last time out. The finish made McKeen, 17, the youngest goalscorer in the NWSL this season — and the only one under the age of 18.
She’ll be accompanied in the midfield by Katie O’Kane and Lauren Milliet. Milliet, a club original, became Louisville’s new all-time assist leader last week after setting up Sears on both her second-half goals. She now has five goal involvements on the year — three more than her previous season high.
Goalkeeper Jordyn Bloomer continues between the Racing sticks for her 18th start of the season. Bloomer picked up another five saves in Orlando, moving her within 20 of her 2025 total.
The defensive line ahead of the University of Wisconsin product stays consistent, as captain Arin Wright leads a center back trio alongside Ellie Jean and rookie Mirann Gacioch. Gacioch, a standout for the club since becoming a regular in defense at the beginning of July, completed nearly 97% of her passes last week to lead all players. Makenna Morris and Quincy McMahon will again provide the width as the dual wingbacks. No Louisville player won more tackles versus Orlando than Morris, who went three for three.
Midfielder Taylor Flint returns to the team sheet Saturday, starting on the bench, after missing out on the win at the Pride due to injury. The substitutes list also includes Sarah Weber and Maja Lardner, two attacking threats with at least two goals to their name this year.
